Sarah is a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, a Natural Gourmet Chef, and the founder of Made Simple by Sarah. She shares simple recipes (that literally anyone can make) that are so delish and other tips to remind us all that healthy living doesn't need to be complicated, and should actually, be pretty simple. She also shares her fitness journey, including her 2016 NYC Marathon training and accomplishments, some killer yoga poses, and sweat sessions with her fiance by her side. Her account is full of bright attractive images, and one look will make you want to eat what she's eating and workout by her side. Oh, and she is a co-founder of @wellnessmeetupnyc which hosts events in NYC connecting "passionate people to the brands and bloggers they love" (remember the @rachlmansfield baking event a while back?!?).
