Happy #followfriday babes!! I'm so excited to be heading to LA for a long weekend and for a little break from the NYC grind (any LA recs send them now! k? thanks!) Anywayyy, this Friday I want to introduce you all to @bianca.paig3. I've known (and followed) Bianca for years now and let me tell you, she is the real deal. Besides being a top NYC trainer (if you've never taken a class or had a session with her, schedule it now) her Insta is full of constant positivity, optimism, and killer sweaty workouts you can do in any gym (strength, stability, cardio, you name it - she's got it). Her workout based posts always give specific details such as interval time, reps, weight suggestions, etc. and always leave you with a serious burn.
